Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembly Engineer to join our team, specializing in Measuring Fixture & Mechanical Automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembling and integrating mechanical systems, fixtures, and automation solutions. Hands-on experience with tool room machine operators and standard instruments is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and integrate mechanical fixtures, automation systems, and components for measuring and inspection applications.

Operate and utilize tool room machines, such as:

Milling Machine

Drilling Machine

Lathe

Surface Grinding

Cylindrical Grinding

Use assembly tools and fixtures to ensure precise assembly and alignment.

Perform fixture alignment and adjustments to ensure accuracy and precision.

Develop and implement machine processes and procedures to optimize assembly efficiency.

Conduct quality checks using standard instruments, such as:

Trimos

Vernier calliper

Micrometre

Slip Gauges

Dial stand

CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues during testing and production phases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and assembly requirements are met.

Requirements:

ITI ,Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in mechanical assembly engineering, preferably in measuring fixture and mechanical automation projects.

Hands-on experience with tool room machine operators and standard instruments.

Strong knowledge of assembly tools, fixtures, and machine processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with automation systems, such as pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical systems.

Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.

Experience with quality control and inspection procedures.
