Maintenance and Repairs

: Assist in performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of Mechanical systems, including HVAC Plumbing and various utility equipment.


Trouble shooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with mechanical equipment and systems and implement corrective actions

Preventive Maintenances

- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures

Documentation

-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections as per CGDP standard.

Safety Compliance

- Ensure Compliance with Safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

Education- bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering


Skills- Basic Knowledge of Mechanical systems, Equipment and Tools


Communication- Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
