Job Title:

Technician - Mechanical & Pumps

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary:

SAR 1,800 - SAR 2,500 (Based on qualifications and experience)

Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems and pump maintenance in an industrial or utilities environment

Key Responsibilities:

Perform skilled planned and routine maintenance on hydraulic and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic components and systems. Dismantle, move, install, and repair mechanical machinery and equipment, including pumps and associated systems. Lead a small team (up to four subordinates) during maintenance and repair operations. Attend to client service requests and complaints with professionalism and technical efficiency. Participate in the commissioning of new hydraulic and mechanical installations. Perform pressure tests on piping systems and pressure vessels to ensure safe operation. Overhaul, repair, and replace parts on pumps, heat exchangers, valves, and turbine systems (gas & steam). Carry out inspections and measurements, record performance data, and ensure accurate maintenance logs. Clean, oil, and maintain mechanical tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness. Follow safety procedures and ensure the correct use of tools, equipment, and materials. Maintain cleanliness and safety of plant facilities, mechanical rooms, and work areas.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

In-depth understanding of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, turbines, and heat exchangers. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Familiar with safety standards and best practices for mechanical maintenance. Ability to lead and guide junior technicians in daily maintenance tasks. Proficiency in reading mechanical schematics and maintenance manuals. Physically fit and capable of handling tools and machinery in an industrial environment.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
