Identify, approach, and onboard mechanics, retailers, and workshops to generate demand for two-wheeler spare parts.
Promote the company's spare parts portfolio and create product awareness among target customers.
Conduct mechanic meets, shop visits, and local promotional activities to build product visibility.
Achieve monthly sales targets by driving orders through mechanics and retailers.
Collect and analyze market feedback on product performance, pricing, and competition.
Ensure proper display and branding of spare parts at retail counters.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, mechanics, and retailers.
Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns to enhance satisfaction.
Report daily/weekly sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
