Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotation, brake inspection, and fluid level checks.
Repair or replace worn or damaged parts including brakes, wheel bearings, sensors, engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper functioning.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance performed, parts used, and labor hours.
Explain vehicle problems, repair procedures, and maintenance needs clearly to customers.
Adhere to all safety protocols and workshop standards.
Collaborate with parts department and service advisors to ensure timely repair and part availability.
Keep the workshop clean and organized.
Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training and certification.
May supervise apprentice technicians and assist other team members as needed.
