Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automobile Mechanic with strong expertise in tractor and vehicle repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, ensuring proper maintenance, and supporting smooth equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in tractors, light vehicles, and heavy vehicles. Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, lubrication, filter replacement, and system checks. Repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, brakes, and steering mechanisms. Conduct periodic inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and recommend effective repair solutions. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain inventory control.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as an Automobile Mechanic with hands-on expertise in tractor and vehicle repair and maintenance. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Experience in repairing engines, gearboxes, clutches, and other critical components. Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and repair techniques.

Education

Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
