Job Description

1. Do the job right the first time .

2. Maintenance and Service of the vehicles.

3. Analysis of complaints in vehicles and do necessary actions .

4. Completion of job as per the Delivery time given in the Job card.

5. Use all protective equipments to maintain the cleanliness of customers' vehicles .

6. Maintain an adel'tuate inventory of technicians hand tools to meet the service and repair

requirements(Tools &Tool Box)

7. Ensme all customers requests on the job card are completed to high quality standard .

8. Complete all demanded repair orders within the time allotted .

9. Identify and advice the floor supervisor of any additional repair items found .

10. Treat customer vehicles and belonging s with care.

11. Transci1.be clear accurate accOlmt of all work complete on repair order.

12. Maintain a ciean and professional appearance at all times.

13. Keep work area clean and tidy at al1 times.

14. Must adhere any other additional duties entrusted by WM/immediate supervisor/ Heads.
