Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Mechanic

specializing in

superbike accessories fitting

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with high-performance motorcycles, strong technical knowledge, and an eye for precision when installing premium accessories such as luggage systems, guards, lights, and performance parts.

Key Responsibilities

Install, fit, and align motorcycle accessories such as

top racks, side racks, panniers, crash guards, auxiliary lights, tank bags, skid plates, and performance add-ons

. Conduct pre- and post-installation checks to ensure proper fitment, safety, and functionality of accessories. Handle

wiring and electrical connections

for auxiliary lights, chargers, and electronic accessories. Provide technical assistance to customers regarding the selection and compatibility of accessories. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the workshop. Identify and resolve fitting issues or modifications required for specific models. Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Keep updated knowledge of the latest superbike accessories, brands, and installation techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

mechanic/technician

in the motorcycle industry (superbike experience preferred). Strong knowledge of

motorcycle mechanics, accessories, and electrical systems

. Ability to read and follow

fitting manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions

. Hands-on skills with

tools, equipment, and precision installation techniques

. Attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Good communication skills and customer-friendly approach.

Preferred Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant technical training. Prior experience with

brands like GIVI, Hepco & Becker, Zana, SW-Motech, Auto Engina, Barkbusters, etc.

Passion for motorcycles and riding culture.
