: Engineering Trainee /Future Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Train under experts in three core divisions:

Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems.

Automatic Gates & Barrier Installation.

CCTV & ELV (Security & Low-Voltage) Systems.

Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and technical support.

Progress to leading a team and managing project segments after the first year.

Career Path & Growth:

Year 1: Intensive training and hands-on site work.

After 1 Year: Opportunity to lead a team and perform as a Project Engineer based on performance.

After 2 Years: Upon successful completion, the contract is renewable by mutual agreement with a significantly enhanced "Dream Salary" package.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.

Leadership potential and ability to work in a team.

Physically fit for on-site work.

Stipend & Benefits:

Monthly Stipend: 150 OMR (First 6 months) ? 200 OMR (Thereafter).

Full Benefits: Company-provided shared accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and work visa.

Leave: 2 months of paid leave upon completion of the 2-year contract.

Work Schedule:

Site Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Break: 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM (flexible as per site requirements).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
