Job Description

Experienced in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems used on marine barges.
Hands-on work with hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, winches, cranes, and power packs.
Skilled in preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and ensuring operational readiness of deck machinery.
Knowledge of barge engines, generators, piping, and mechanical systems.
Able to identify faults, replace defective parts, perform pressure testing, and maintain hydraulic oil quality.
Familiar with safety procedures for offshore / marine environments, including lockout-tagout and safe equipment handling.
Worked closely with barge crew, marine engineers, and operations team for smooth daily operations.
Maintained service logs, equipment reports, and supported compliance with industry safety standards.
