Designation Site Measurement Executive

Job Responsibilities

1 Conduct accurate site measurements for residential and/or commercial interior projects.

2 Verify existing conditions and record dimensions for walls, beams, pillars, doors, windows, AC points, electrical points, and other structural elements.

3 Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure measurements align with working drawings.

4 Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and sketches in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

5 Support designers and project managers in resolving on-site discrepancies.

6 Maintain organized records of site measurements and related documentation.

7 Ensure technical precision to avoid execution errors and support smooth project delivery.

Requirement

1 Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2 3+ years of experience in site measurements within the interior design/construction sector.

3 Strong technical knowledge of interior design execution, furniture layouts, and spatial planning.

4 Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).

5 Excellent understanding of dimensions, scaling, and architectural/structural elements.

6 Good communication and coordination skills with design and execution teams.

7 Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
