Job Summary:
The Site Measurement Executive is responsible for taking accurate measurements of spaces for the purpose of creating interior plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, as well as experience with sketchup or computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Eligibility Criteria:
? Bachelor's degree in civil, interior design or a related field
? Proficiency in design software and technical tools, including Sketchup, Sketchup Layout, etc.
? 2+ years of experience in interior design
? Experience of Modular Woodwork Concepts
? Good written and verbal communication skills
? Attention to detail
Software Skills: Sketchup, Autocad
Other Requirements: Must have own bike and a valid Indian Driving License
Responsibilities:
? Visiting sites to take accurate measurements of the interior spaces as per the actual site conditions
? Create interior layouts in 3D using Sketchup based on the exact site measurements
? Communicate with architects, interior designers, and other members of the design team
? Doing cross-measurement and pre-production checks for the designs as per the actual site condition
? Ensuring that the designs proposed meets the execution feasibility criteria
? Ensuring that all the notified processes and company standards are followed at all the stages of the project.
? Ensure that site masking is done as per the finalized designs
? Ensure that all measurements are accurate and up-to-date
? Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
? Work independently and as part of a team
