Job Description

We are seeking a MEA(R)N Stack Web Development Trainer with strong industry experience, a portfolio of relevant projects, and exceptional communication skills to join our team. The trainer will leverage their expertise to deliver engaging, practical training sessions, ensuring students gain in-depth knowledge of Angular, React, and the complete MEA(R)N stack.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging and interactive sessions on MEA(R)N stack technologies, including MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, React, and Node.js. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Incorporate real-world examples and industry scenarios into training sessions.
2. Curriculum Design:

Develop and update course materials, projects, and assessments aligned with industry trends. Ensure course content is well-structured, relevant, and easy to follow for learners of varying skill levels.
3. Hands-On Guidance:

Provide practical training with a focus on project-based learning. Guide students through real-world projects to help them build a strong portfolio. Address technical challenges and support students in applying theoretical knowledge.
4. Mentorship:

Offer personalized mentorship, addressing individual learning needs and goals. Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages questions and discussions.
5. Assessment & Feedback:

Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, code reviews, and project presentations. Deliver constructive feedback to help learners enhance their skills and confidence.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

5+ years of professional experience in MEA(R)N stack development. Proficiency in Angular, React, MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux and Git, CI/CD.
Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with varying levels of experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver training effectively, in both English and Malayalam. Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
Industry & Training Experience:

Hands-on experience with real-world web development projects and their implementation. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or leading teams is a significant advantage.
Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Certifications in MEA(R)N stack or related technologies are a plus.
