Skills Required for a MEAN Stack Developer Role

Technical Skills:
1.Frontend Development
Expertise in Angular (preferably Angular 15+): Components, services, directives, and modules.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

2. Backend Development
Strong knowledge of Node.js for server-side logic.
Experience with Express.js for building APIs and middleware.
Understanding of RESTful API design and development.

3.Database Management
Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Understanding of NoSQL concepts and best practices.

4.Version Control & Collaboration
Experience with Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket for version control.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.

5. Testing
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jasmine or Mocha.
Experience with end-to-end testing tools like Protractor or Cypress.

6. DevOps and Deployment (Preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Soft Skills :

1. Communication Skills:
Ability to clearly articulate ideas, concepts, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

2.Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills for debugging and optimizing applications.

3. Team Collaboration:
Experience working in a team environment, contributing to code reviews, and sharing knowledge.

4.Adaptability:
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

5.Bonus Skills:
Understanding of micro services architecture.
Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
Basic understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization for web applications.
