Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced

MEAN Stack Developer

who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-stack development using

MongoDB, Express, Angular, and Node.js

, along with strong familiarity in

AWS deployment, GitHub CI/CD, Docker containers, and WebRTC-based real-time communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js). Implement secure APIs and data models for telehealth workflows including video calls, e-prescriptions, and patient EMRs. Integrate and optimize

WebRTC modules

for live consultations and real-time data sharing. Deploy and manage microservices and web applications on

AWS

(EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, etc.). Work with

Docker containers

and CI/CD pipelines on

GitHub Actions

for seamless deployment. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality front-end code. Ensure best practices for performance optimization, scalability, and application security. Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and agile sprint cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a MEAN Stack Developer or Full Stack Developer. Strong knowledge of

Angular (v12+)

,

Node.js

, and

Express.js

. Proficiency in

MongoDB

including data schema design and aggregation pipelines. Practical experience with

AWS deployment

(EC2, ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, or similar). Experience with

Docker

,

Git

, and version control workflows on

GitHub

. Hands-on experience with

WebRTC

, real-time communication, or similar technologies. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/OTP services). Understanding of microservice architecture and basic DevOps workflows. Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

Experience with healthcare or telemedicine applications. Familiarity with

PWA (Progressive Web Apps)
