Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEAN Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for building efficient, scalable, and high-performance web applications from the ground up. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of features, from designing robust backend APIs to creating dynamic and responsive frontend interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack.

Backend Development:

Create secure, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints using Node.js and Express.js.

Frontend Development:

Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly single-page applications (SPAs) using Angular (version 8+).

Database Management:

Design and implement database schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity and security in MongoDB. Experience with aggregation frameworks is a plus.

Integration:

Integrate third-party APIs, services, and data sources.

Code Quality & Best Practices:

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to understand requirements and deliver features on time.

Troubleshooting & Debugging:

Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex software issues across the entire stack.

Deployment & DevOps:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker) is highly desirable.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

3-8 years

of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on the

MEAN stack

.

Angular (v2+):

In-depth knowledge of Angular framework, including components, services, modules, RxJS, state management (NgRx is a plus), and dependency injection.

Node.js & Express.js:

Strong proficiency in server-side JavaScript, building RESTful services, and working with middleware, authentication (JWT), and security practices.

MongoDB:

Solid experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, aggregation pipeline, and performance optimization.

Frontend Technologies:

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

API Development:

Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Version Control:

Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Git Flow).

Strong problem-solving skills

and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good-to-Have:

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine/Karma, Jest, Mocha, Chai). Knowledge of microservices architecture. Experience with other frontend frameworks (React, Vue) or backend languages (Python, Java). Familiarity with messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). Understanding of DevOps tools and practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeDeploy). Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
