The MDM Patien Material - Technical Product Owner lead the design of end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for the Patient and Material domains to be delivered on the enterprise MDM Platform. This position collaborates closely with business product owner, DDI&T business facing functions to define business and technical requirements and communicate technical vision strategy. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: . Architect and design (MDM) solutions using Tibco EBX as the MDM product and Novartis standard integration technologies including Spring batch, Spring boot and Spring Cloud Data Flow (SCDF) . Define approach for ensuring the data mastered in MDM meets the data quality requirements and align with the integration teams to ensure the proposed integration architecture is in lines with Novartis approved integration pattern. . Work with the platform team to define the MDM platform strategy and ensure the solution is scalable and meets Novartis data privacy and security requirements . Support project scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, propose solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and alignment with business teams . Be a part of strategy team discussion and contribute towards MDM demand management, MDM architecture principles and standards. Establish standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery . Perform architecture review of solutions implemented to ensure adherence to architectural standard and work with the enterprise data owners to define MDM roadmap and implementation strategy . Assist to establish, maintain, and evolve MDM architecture best practices, guidelines, principles and standards in alignment with Novartis Enterprise Data Management team\'s vision . Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business also that solution testing is performed to meet quality standards. Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you\'ll bring to the role: . Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology discipline an advanced degree and related accreditations a plus. . 15+ years of IT experience in a highly qualified function such as senior IT Leader, Enterprise Data Management and Master Data Management transformation. Includes: architecture, design, delivery, and continuous improvement . 7+ years of architecting MDM solutions using Tibco EBX (preferred) or other leading MDM COTS tools and performing performance tuning of the applications with real-time integration (SOAP, REST, JMS, ESB technology, etc.) & batch integration (file based) between MDM & other systems. . 5+ years of hands-on design and implementation experience in IT (solution requirements / design, data Management solution delivery) leveraging java full stack technologies . Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts using EB and integration frameworks responsible for development of master data rules, procedures, and governance. Implement and configure the data model within MDM, as per the logical models defined by analysts and data governance teams. . Specialization in Pharma Domain is required, including expertise in Patient and Material data and usage across the end-to-end enterprise value chain with excellent negotiation skills, experience with AGILE and DevOps methodology, capability to think strategically . Ability to configure MDM software to satisfy functional and technical requirements in defining match/merge, workflow, user interfaces, security, access rules, etc. .
