Good domain knowledge on Life Science & Pharma/Healthcare sector
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of master data management concepts. Subject matter expert to implement robust and successful deployment of an MDM platform (Reltio/Informatica MDM)
xc2xb7 Experience on MDM solutions integration with CRM & ERP systems.
xc2xb7 Good knowledge of various aspects of - like data ingestion/inbound configurations, data modelling, match rules, cleanse rules, survivorship rules, metadata analysis, outbound configurations.
xc2xb7 To be able to understand the clients customer life cycle, touchpoints where customer data is captured and business processes to collect, analyze and consume this data for various purposes such as marketing, sales, customer service etc.
xc2xb7 Good understanding of Data Stewardship and Governance process - Manual Merge, Hierarchy Management, Workflow Management, Unmerge, Curation, Survivorship, etc.
xc2xb7 Define requirements for data quality rules, data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria, and data stewardship workflows.
xc2xb7 Committed to continue understanding of new technologies and their strategic advantages.
xc2xb7 Able to review & develop independently, lead code reviews and ensure quality throughout the life of MDM project.
xc2xb7 Familiarity working with below will be a good to have.
