Design, develop, and implement data models, workflows, match/merge rules, and data quality validations in Semarchy xDM for product and business partner master data.
Customize and configure the Semarchy platform to align with evolving business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust MDM solutions.
Integrate Semarchy MDM with source and target systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses, etc.) using APIs, ETL/ELT tools, and Semarchy xDI.
Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance across master data domains.
Support and enhance data stewardship, data quality monitoring, and issue resolution processes.
Participate in the future development of global reference master data, finance master data and asset master data domains, including data modeling, governance, and integration.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MDM, data governance, and the Semarchy platform.
Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members and business users.
Primary Skills (essential)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM or similar MDM platforms.
Strong understanding of master data management principles, data modeling, data quality, and data governance.
Experience with product and business partner (customer, supplier, etc.) master data.
Familiarity with reference data management, finance master data and/or asset master data is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL, data integration (ETL/ELT), and API-based integrations.
Experience with data profiling, match/merge rules, survivorship, and stewardship workflows. Survivorship?
Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver business value.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Working knowledge of Jira and confluence would be beneficial
