Job Title: MDM Lead
Location: Bengaluru/Pune/Hyderabad
Experience: 8-10 years of experience with Master Data Management platforms Informatica
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage the Informatic Data Model, including match & merge rules, survivorship rules, etc.
• Develop and optimize data loading/exporting processes into/from Informatica.
• Manage Reference Data Management (RDM), User Management, UI Config, handling Lifecycle and Workflow.
• Work with Informatica Integration Hub to ensure seamless data integration.
• Implement and maintain ETL/File Movement services, preferably using AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flows and ensure seamless integration processes.
• Define best practices, develop, and optimize technical standards, design principles, best practices, and frameworks.
• Adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment and demonstrate technical curiosity and desire to innovate.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Informatic MDM, Informatics Integration, Informatica Data Model, and GITHUB.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Informatica MDM platform.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, and build processes.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and concepts.
• Experience in managing large datasets/data models and data quality management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education:

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
