We are seeking a

Part-Time Consultant Pathologist (MD Pathology)

to join our diagnostic team in Mumbai. The role involves performing accurate specimen analysis and providing expert diagnostic insights to support high-quality patient care. This position is ideal for pathologists seeking flexible working hours while contributing to a fast-growing healthcare organization focused on precision, speed, and reliability in diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform specimen analysis using laboratory tools and diagnostic equipment to study samples and perform tests on bodily fluids and tissue specimens. Examine samples for abnormalities indicating disease and communicate findings to the concerned medical teams. Review and validate test results using checklists, medical software, and, when needed, retesting for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and sign off pathology reports summarizing test findings, diagnostic conclusions, and recommendations. Offer diagnostic opinions and suggest possible clinical correlations or treatment considerations where applicable. Support ongoing efforts in research and quality improvement to enhance test accuracy and disease detection methods. Stay current with advancements in pathology, laboratory practices, and relevant clinical developments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

MD (Pathology) from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the respective medical council. 2+ years of post-qualification experience preferred (open to fresh MDs with strong fundamentals). Strong diagnostic acumen and attention to detail. Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and digital reporting tools. Availability for

2-4 hours daily in the evening
