Orange Health Labs is seeking a

full-time Consultant Pathologist (MD Pathology)

to join our diagnostic operations team in Bengaluru. The role involves performing high-quality specimen analysis and providing accurate diagnostic insights that support superior patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic analysis on blood, tissue, and other biological samples using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques. Examine specimens for abnormalities indicating disease and provide diagnostic interpretations. Validate and authorize results through established quality control protocols and medical software systems. Prepare and review detailed pathology reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Collaborate with clinicians and laboratory teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Participate in internal audits, quality assurance programs, and method validation studies. Stay current with emerging trends, technology, and best practices in pathology and diagnostic medicine.

Qualifications & Requirements:

MD (Pathology) from a recognized medical institution. Valid registration with the respective medical council. 0-5 years of experience in diagnostic or hospital-based pathology. Excellent analytical and interpretive skills. Comfortable working in

rotational shifts

with

rotational week offs

. Proficiency in using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) preferred.
