?Oversee the technical operations of the laboratory sections to ensure smooth functioning. Ensure processes in each department are well-executed and comply with established protocols.
?Check and maintain quality control in all assigned departments.
?Verify results and sign off on final test reports across various disciplines, including Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology,Serology.
?Request reruns of tests if discrepancies are noticed or to cross-verify results.
?Monitor turnaround times to ensure timely delivery of reports.
?Conduct training sessions for lab staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
?Assess the competency of lab staff and identify training needs.
?Identify and take corrective actions on non-conformities observed in daily activities. ?Provide advice on the choice of tests, the use of laboratory services, and the interpretation of laboratory data.
?Define, implement, and monitor standards of performance and quality management systems.
?Ensure that sufficient qualified personnel with adequate training and experience are available to meet laboratory needs.
?Approve and specify all test methods to be used in the laboratory.
?Follow the code of professional ethics and implement good laboratory practices.
?Assign competent personnel to conduct tests and ensure accurate results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
