: MD Pathologist - Hematology (Diagnostics)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an MD Pathologist with expertise in Hematology to join our diagnostics team. The role involves the analysis and interpretation of hematological samples to aid in the diagnosis and management of blood-related disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze peripheral blood smears, bone marrow aspirates/biopsies (if applicable), and other hematological specimens. Diagnose and monitor conditions such as anemia, leukemias, lymphomas, and clotting disorders. Perform and interpret tests such as CBC, ESR, reticulocyte count, coagulation profiles (PT, aPTT, INR), D-dimer, and hemoglobin electrophoresis. Supervise and validate results from automated hematology analyzers. Correlate laboratory findings with clinical data to provide diagnostic insights. Provide timely and accurate hematopathology reports. Collaborate with clinicians, hematologists, and laboratory staff for comprehensive patient care. Ensure internal quality control and participate in external quality assurance programs. Maintain documentation in accordance with NABL or CAP standards (if applicable).

Skills & Qualifications:

MD in Pathology from a recognized institution Specialized interest or training in hematology Experience with automated hematology platforms (Sysmex, Beckman Coulter, etc.) Good analytical and diagnostic skills Strong communication for clinician interaction and report writing Familiarity with lab quality protocols and medical record systems

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
