Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct regular ward rounds and monitor patient progress.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and diagnostic results.
Coordinate with specialists for referrals and multidisciplinary care when required.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with hospital protocols.
Provide guidance to junior doctors, interns, and nursing staff.
Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and continuous medical education programs.
Ensure adherence to ethical standards, patient safety, and infection control policies.
Eligibility Criteria
MD in General Medicine from a recognized medical institution.
Valid medical registration with State Medical Council / NMC.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Good communication and patient-handling abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in hospital-based clinical practice.
Familiarity with EMR/Hospital Information Systems.
