Key Responsibilities
Conduct OP consultations for infants, children, and adolescents as per Ayurveda principles.
Diagnose and manage pediatric conditions using classical Ayurvedic methods and treatments.
Provide guidance on nutrition, immunity building, growth milestones, and child wellness.
Prescribe internal medicines and external therapies according to pediatric suitability.
Monitor and document patient progress, maintain accurate case records.
Coordinate with therapists and pharmacy for treatments and formulations.
Counsel parents regarding child health, prevention measures, and lifestyle routines.
Handle pediatric emergencies within Ayurvedic scope and refer when required.
Participate in health camps, wellness programs, and hospital initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
MD Kaumarabhritya or equivalent specialization is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Ayurvedic pediatric principles, treatments, and formulations.
Excellent communication and child-handling skills.
Ability to provide evidence-based Ayurvedic care.
Compassionate, patient-centric and professional approach.
