Job Description
Responsible for overall quality of the delivery of reports Ensure highest standards of Quality Assurance for testing, maintain machines and their calibration at best standards in the laboratory Ensure fastest possible reply by department by concerns raised by CRM team, customers and doctors. Ensure delivery of reports where possible within company defined TATs with 95% adherence Minimise machine breakdowns by ensuring regular and timely maintenance of machines Ensure the implementation of the quality policy. Define, implement, and monitor standards of performance and quality improvement of the medical laboratory service. Monitor all work performed in the laboratory to determine that clinically relevant information is being generated. To address complaints, requests and suggestions of clients. Implement a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable CONTINGENCY PLAN : Analyse, Design Support in Contingency Plan that are to be implemented to face the situation in case of unforeseen situation which may affect the routine work. Adequate knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and computer applications
