Prepare

product costing

based on

BOM

, including: Raw material cost Packing material cost Conversion cost Overheads (power, labour, utilities, QA, depreciation etc.) Coordinate with

Production, Purchase, QA, R&D and Stores

for BOM validation. Prepare

new product costing

for: Third-party manufacturing Contract manufacturing Export & domestic tenders Analyze

cost variations

due to RM/PM price changes. Maintain and update

standard cost sheets

and costing formats. Support

price fixation

, margin analysis and management approvals. Ensure costing complies with: Internal SOPs Regulatory and audit requirements Assist in

commercial negotiations

by providing accurate cost data. Maintain costing records and MIS reports. Participate in

cost reduction initiatives

and value engineering. Support internal & external

audits

related to costing and commercial data.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / ICWA Inter

preferred Relevant experience in

pharmaceutical manufacturing costing

Experience

2-6 years

experience in: Pharma MCC / Costing BOM-based product costing Contract manufacturing environment (preferred)

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

BOM & pharma manufacturing processes

Good understanding of

RM, PM & conversion costing

Proficiency in

Excel (advanced)

and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / other ERP) Analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good coordination and communication skills Ability to work under deadlines
