MCA / ROC Compliance Support
We are looking for a work-dedicated individual who can assist with MCA and ROC-related compliance tasks. Preference for someone who can handle urgent work and stretch during late hours whenever required.
Who can Apply:
CS pursuing / CS qualified
Experienced in Public Limited Company compliance or PCS firm
Strong practical knowledge in MCA filings & corporate compliances
Scope of Work Includes:
MCA Form Filings - SPICe+, AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, SH-7, LLP filings etc.
Annual Filings & Statutory Compliance for Companies and LLPs
Drafting - Notices, Agendas, Resolutions & Minutes
Incorporation support - Companies / LLP
Share allotment, transfer & Demat documentation
Event-based filings & corporate documentation support

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
