MCA and ROC Compliance Executive

1. Handle ROC & MCA filings under Companies Act, 2013 Manage (AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC, ADT-1, PAS-3, CHG) forms, etc.

2. Maintain statutory registers and compliance records Support Board/General Meetings and resolutions Coordinate with auditors and CS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
