CTG is seeking to fill a MBC Consultant position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 5 months
Duties:
Lead the implementation of MBC (Multi-Bank Connectivity) solutions within SAP Treasury and Banking environments.
Collaborate with multiple banks and company codes to configure and manage specialized payment structures and file movements for inbound and outbound transactions.
Design, develop, and test over 40 banking formats to support localization and compliance requirements across global regions.
Work directly with Pure Storage stakeholders to define requirements, ensure proper integration, and deliver customized banking connectivity solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment processing, file formats, and communication between SAP and external banks.
Provide expert guidance and technical knowledge transfer to internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Skills:
Deep understanding of SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) setup, configuration, and integration.
Strong background in Treasury and Banking modules within SAP.
Hands-on experience with payment formats (ISO20022, MT formats, BAI2, etc.) and secure bank communication protocols.
Ability to work with complex multi-company and multi-bank environments.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing communication skills.
Experience:
8+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in Treasury and Banking solutions.
Proven track record of multiple MBC implementations, ideally across large enterprises or financial institutions.
Prior experience working with international banking formats and localization requirements is highly preferred.
Background as an ex-SAP consultant or engineer is a strong advantage due to the specialized technical nature of the role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $74.00 to $83.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
