Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Clinical Duties Examine, diagnose, and treat OPD and IPD patients Handle emergency cases and provide first-line medical care Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and surgeries Write and maintain accurate medical records 2. Patient Care & Safety Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols Counsel patients and relatives regarding diagnosis and treatment Respond to patient complaints and emergencies promptly 3. Documentation & Compliance Maintain case sheets, discharge summaries, and consent forms Follow NABH, hospital policies, and medico-legal guidelines Report medico-legal cases (MLC) as per protocol 4. Coordination & Teamwork Coordinate with nursing staff, lab, pharmacy, and other departments Escalate critical cases to senior consultants on time Participate in clinical meetings and audits 5. Infection Control & Quality Follow infection control practices and safety guidelines Participate in quality improvement activities and training programs --- Key Skills & Competencies: Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills Good communication and patient-handling skills Ability to work in shifts and under pressure Ethical practice and professionalism --- Qualification & Experience: MBBS degree from a recognized medical college Valid State Medical Council / NMC registration Fresher or experienced candidates can apply --- Work Schedule: Shift-based (day/night/emergency duties)

Pay: ₹8,207.39 - ₹42,606.31 per month
