Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct
OPD consultations
, patient assessment, and follow-ups
Take detailed
medical history, examination, and vitals
Assist IVF consultants during
IUI, OPU, ET, and OT procedures
Monitor patients during
ovarian stimulation and post-procedure recovery
Prescribe medications as per IVF consultant's plan
Handle
emergency situations
and provide first-line medical care
Maintain accurate
clinical documentation, EMR, consents, and discharge summaries
Coordinate with
nursing, embryology, andrology, lab, pharmacy, and counselling teams
Ensure compliance with
ART Act, NABH standards, and hospital SOPs
Counsel patients regarding treatment process, medications, and precautions
Participate in clinical audits, meetings, and quality improvement activities
Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice
Skills & Competencies:
Strong clinical decision-making and patient-handling skills
Knowledge of
reproductive medicine / IVF protocols

Good communication and counselling abilities
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations
