Job Vacancy: MBBS Doctor (female) with Gynecology Exposure Location: Ladwa, Haryana Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate MBBS Doctor with exposure to Gynecology to join our medical team at our facility in Ladwa, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general medicine and a demonstrated interest in gynecological care. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor with a passion for women\'s health to contribute to our patient-centered approach. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and assessments for women, addressing their health concerns and needs.
• Perform routine gynecological examinations, including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast examinations.
• Diagnose and treat various gynecological conditions, such as menstrual disorders, reproductive health issues, and menopausal symptoms.
• Provide pre-natal and post-natal care to pregnant women, monitoring their health and the health of the fetus.
• Perform minor gynecological procedures and surgeries, as needed.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals, including obstetricians, nurses, and specialists, to provide integrated patient care.
• Educate patients about preventive gynecological health measures and family planning options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license and registration with the appropriate medical council.
• Demonstrated exposure to gynecological care, either through specialized training or relevant work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities.
• Experience 2 to 5 yrs (fresher can also apply).
