Job Description

Job Requirement:

Conducting medical examinations, including pre-employment and periodic health check-ups, to assess the overall health status of employees. Diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, providing appropriate medical interventions and prescriptions. Explaining test results and medical procedures to patients Implementing preventive health measures, such as vaccination programs, health awareness campaigns etc. Maintaining accurate medical records and confidentiality of employee health information. Participating in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures. Guide on lifestyle modifications, preventive care and health promotion initiatives.
Required Skill:

MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council. Required 2-8 years of clinical experience (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity to work long hours and handle high-pressure situations with composure. Proficient computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records and utilising healthcare software. Empathy, compassion and a patient-centred approach to healthcare delivery.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
