Conducting thorough physical examinations to assess patients' overall health, identify any abnormalities, and gather information to aid in diagnosis.
Analyzing symptoms, medical history, and physical examination findings to accurately diagnose illnesses and conditions.
Prescribing appropriate medications, therapies, or treatments to manage and cure illnesses.
Monitoring patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and providing ongoing care and support.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
Documenting patient encounters, diagnoses, treatments, and progress notes.
