Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, and dedicated MBBS Doctor to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients, manage patient consultations, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. You will be expected to diagnose and treat a range of health conditions while maintaining a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

:

Provide comprehensive medical consultations and follow-up care for patients. Diagnose and treat common and complex illnesses across all age groups. Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions as required. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, blood tests) to diagnose and assess the patient's condition. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and paramedical staff, for coordinated patient care. Offer advice on preventive healthcare and wellness to patients. Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and integrate them into patient care where appropriate. Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, and ongoing professional development. Ensure compliance with medical ethics and patient confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

:

MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution. Valid state medical license or registration. 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred. Ability to handle emergency situations and perform minor surgical procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care. Proficiency in electronic health record systems and telemedicine platforms (if applicable).
