Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized counseling to students and parents regarding MBBS programs abroad, including information on universities, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and career prospects. Assist students in selecting suitable universities and countries based on their academic background, preferences, and financial considerations. Guide students through the entire application process, including documentation, submission, and follow-ups with universities. Advise students on visa application procedures and assist in preparing necessary documents. Conduct seminars, webinars, and informational sessions to promote MBBS programs abroad. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international medical education systems, university admission requirements, and visa regulations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract prospective students. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress using the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in education, counseling, or healthcare is advantageous. Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational counseling, preferably with a focus on MBBS admissions abroad. Strong knowledge of international medical universities, admission processes, and visa requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil is mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
