Roles and Responsibilities
- Learning and understanding entire gamut of recruitment and different sources used.
- Identifying the academic institutions as a source for recruitment.
- Evaluation of campuses before planning for recruitment based on previous year performance and data.
- Support in Planning and Scheduling recruitment process in Colleges.
- Conducting walk-in interviews in offsite locations.
- Coordinating with clients and fulfilling their requirements as and when required.
- MIS Report generation and database maintenance.
- Eager to learn and grow in field of Campus Recruitment
- Excellent Communication skills
- Mandatory Multi Lingual skills
- Strong Interpersonal traits
- Willing to travel Pan India
- Candidate should be a first class B.E/B.Tech/MBA/PGDM (70% throughout in academics).
- Age not more than 25 Years.
- Male graduates only.
