Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding MBA/PGDM programs, admission criteria, and career pathways.
Manage inbound and outbound calls for admission inquiries.
Assist students through the complete admission and enrollment process.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective leads to ensure successful conversions.
Maintain student records, leads, and follow-up reports.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth operations.

Mandatory:
Prior experience in
