Roles & Responsibilities1. HR Executive (MBA HR)

Support recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews. Assist with employee onboarding, training programs, and HR documentation. Manage employee records, engagement activities, and internal communication. Learn startup HR operations including compliance and payroll support.

2. Digital Marketing Executive (MBA HR/Marketing/Finance)

Assist in planning and executing

SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns

. Write and edit engaging content for blogs, posts, ads, and email marketing. Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports. Learn to use modern marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, etc.).

3. Sales & Business Development Executive (MBA Marketing/Finance/HR)

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Work with the leadership team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and sales reports.

Who Can Apply

Qualification:

MBA with specialization in HR, Marketing, or Finance.

Freshers (0-1 years experience)

written and verbal communication skills
