Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying business prospects and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, sectors, and business opportunities Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, and networking platforms Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs Support the sales team in preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentations Maintain client databases and sales pipelines using CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery Track competitor activities and suggest strategic adjustments to improve positioning Meet assigned lead generation and conversion targets within deadlines

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing or Business Administration Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and events if required Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented attitude
