(B2B/B2C) Support the sales team in prospect identification and follow-ups Assist in social media marketing (content posting, engagement) Track digital campaign performance and metrics Support branding initiatives and promotional campaigns Assist in creating marketing content (post ideas, captions, creatives coordination) Communicate with clients for feedback and campaign updates Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports Maintain marketing data and documentation Learn practical marketing tools and strategies Maintain professionalism in communication Adhere to company policies and confidentiality norms
