Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to generate and qualify leads for products and services.
Close sales leads and convert prospects into clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools, Google Sheets, or internal records.
Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp to nurture relationships.
Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals and attend sales meetings.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and digital outreach campaigns.
Provide general administrative support to sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Fresher or up to 2 years of experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven cold calling experience.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or CRM systems.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
Self-motivated with a strong interest in technology and digital marketing.
