Duties

Assist with data entry and analysis using various financial software platforms to support ongoing projects Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal review Participate in team meetings, taking notes and contributing ideas to improve workflows Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and relevant financial information Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication among team members Support administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution and data accuracy Learn about financial processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives under supervision

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to finance, business administration, or a similar field Strong interest in finance and technology tools such as financial software applications Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred Previous experience with financial software is a plus but not required Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges
