About Us:

Vidhu Academy is a fast-growing coaching institute focused on NEET, JEE, Foundationsand private tuitions. We are committed to providing high-quality education while expanding our reach through impactful academic and outreach initiatives.

Role: MBA Intern

Duration:

2-3 months (extendable based on performance)

Porur, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Field Activities & Outreach:

Visit schools, junior colleges, and community spaces to promote Vidhu Academy's programs. Build strong relationships with principals, teachers, and student groups.

Orientation & School Events:

Organize and manage school orientation programs and student engagement sessions. Assist in planning and executing academic workshops, competitions, and career guidance seminars.

Workshop & Event Management:

Coordinate logistics for academic workshops and events. Support faculty in delivering engaging sessions.

Parent & Student Counselling:

Interact with parents and students, explaining course structures, benefits, and career paths. Guide them through the admission process.

Sales & Admissions Support:

Generate leads through outreach activities. Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively pitching Vidhu Academy's offerings.

What We're Looking For:

MBA (Marketing/HR/General) students or recent graduates. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Interest in education, training, and student counselling. Willingness to travel locally for field activities. Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
