Participate in property site visits with clients and observe the sales process.
Support the marketing team in promotional events, campaigns, and social media engagement.
Learn CRM tools and track lead status, appointments, and feedback.
Understand market trends, pricing strategies, and customer expectations in real estate.
Attend sales meetings, product trainings, and team huddles for hands-on exposure.
Report daily tasks and learning to the assigned reporting manager.

Education:
MBA - Marketing / Sales / Real Estate Management
Year:
Final year students or recently passed out
Language:
Fluent in
Tamil and English
Skills Required:
Good communication and presentation skills

Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
Work Schedule:
6-day work week (Sunday working, Weekday off)
Should be open to working on weekends and rotational shifts if required
