About the role
SP Constromate offers a structured, paid internship for MBA students to work on live projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Project/Operations. Interns receive mentorship, weekly reviews, and a completion certificate, with top performers considered for PPOs.

Key responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Market mapping, lead generation, client meetings, proposals, CRM hygiene, and weekly target achievement. Marketing & Growth: GTM research, competitor benchmarking, digital campaigns, SEO tasks, and performance dashboards. Finance & Commercial: Margin analysis, collections dashboard, credit policy support, and working capital insights. HR & People Ops: Recruitment pipeline support, JD standardization, onboarding playbooks, and HR analytics. Supply Chain & Procurement: Vendor evaluation, inventory min-max, delivery SLAs, and logistics cost tracking. Projects/Operations: Site process audits, safety compliance, material control, and SOP documentation.
Qualifications

Pursuing MBA or recent MBA graduate (0-2 years). Strong communication, problem solving, and Excel/PowerPoint skills. Preferred: Interest in construction B2B sales.
