Position: MBA Intern

Location: Calicut

Duration: 3-6 Months (extendable based on performance)

We are looking for:

MBA candidates who are currently pursuing their MBA or have recently completed their MBA. Energetic, proactive individuals who are eager to gain hands-on exposure in real-time business operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist respective departments (HR / Marketing / Finance / Operations / Admin) in daily activities.

Support recruitment, documentation, data management, and reporting tasks.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing projects.

Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain project-related documents.

Help in planning and executing company initiatives.

Requirements:

MBA pursuing or completed (any specialization).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic MS Office and documentation skills.

Ability to handle tasks responsibly with attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
