Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated MBA (Sales & Marketing) Intern who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with RChilli. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work on business development, lead generation, digital marketing, and market research in the HR Tech domain.

Key Responsibilities


Support the sales & marketing team in business development activities, including lead generation, outreach, and customer engagement. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in India and global regions. Assist in creating marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital channels. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client communication material. Work closely with the sales team to track and analyze campaign effectiveness & pipeline progress. Collaborate on brand-building activities in the local and global markets. Participate in strategic discussions and projects aligned with the CEO's vision for business expansion.
Qualifications


Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management. Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal). Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace. Analytical mindset with research and data interpretation skills. Ability to work independently, with a self-starter attitude. Passion for technology, HR Tech, and business growth. Willingness to work in US shift (night shift - IST).
